Please do not submit sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information through the form.
The Dugout Accounts & Chat
When you join The Dugout, the account system collects your email address, username, encrypted password credentials, and basic account activity needed to provide and secure member access. Email confirmation is not required. AustinBaseball17 does not receive or store your readable password.
Messages posted in Dugout Chat are visible to other logged-in members and are stored with the member's username and account identifier. Messages and reports may be reviewed, hidden, or removed by Austin's family to enforce the clubhouse rules, protect members, and prevent abuse. Members should never post private contact information or other sensitive personal details.
How Information Is Used
Submitted information may be used to respond to questions, evaluate opportunities, operate member accounts, prevent abuse, and maintain the website. AustinBaseball17 does not sell personal information.
Children’s Privacy
The website features a youth baseball player, but The Dugout is limited to people age 13 and older. Children should not submit personal information without permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.

The website uses third-party services, including Formspree for form processing, and links to social platforms, video platforms, retailers, and partner websites. Those services have their own privacy practices and terms.
